Nigerian consumer use wines & spirit as a social product. The World Health Organization’s (WHO) ‘Global Status Report on Alcohol and Health’, Nigeria is estimated to have the highest annual alcohol consumption in Africa. The terrible part is, a large chunk of what is being consumed is fake or better still adulterated products. Nigeria has a regulatory agency called NAFDAC, The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control. Furthermore, we have done a lot of awareness about the issue thereby being at the forefront of the #buyauthentic drinks campaign.
